Katchafire is a New Zealand based seven piece reggae band that has released four independent albums since 2003. They have toured internationally with The Wailers, Maxi Priest, Horace Andy, UB40 and others.
Four platinum selling independent albums released in their native New Zealand and with an acclaimed live show the time is right for the BEST SO FAR, a sixteen track collection showcasing Katchafire at their very best.A promotional campaign in the UK last year also garnered amazing feedback from Don Letts (Acclaimed documentary maker and Clash tour DJ) and David Katz (Music journalist) amongst others, and radio plays from Steve Barker (BBC), Charlie Gillet (BBC) and, most importantly, David Rodigan (Kiss FM and others), who highly rates their orthodox approach. BEST SO FAR captures the true spirit of their unique Pacific reggae vision.

Also make sure not to miss them while on tour in the UK, especially on June 28th at Glastonbury, and July 2nd & 3rd at London's Garage.
They will also play in Belgium on June 30th at Afro Latino Festival !
